The Town of Holly Hill conducts Municipal Court on the First and Third Wednesday of every month. Court is in session beginning at 3 p.m.

If you have been issued a citation by a Holly Hill Police officer, please review the ticket for information about your court date, time, and fine amount.

Payments in person are made at the Holly Hill Town Hall located at 8423 Old State Road, Suite #1, Holly Hill, SC 29059.  Cash, credit/debit card, money order or cashier's check are accepted; no personal checks.

Mailed payments must be made by Money Order, Certified Check, or Cashier’s Check. Please include the ticket number, found at the bottom right hand corner of the ticket, on the form of payment.

Mail your payment to Holly Hill Municipal Court, 8423 Old State Road, Suite #1, Holly Hill, SC 29059.

Receipts are provided in person, by mail, email or fax. You may call (803) 496-3330 during regular business hours to verify that your payment has been received.

If you did not pay in a timely manner and the paperwork was mailed to the Department of Motor Vehicles before your payment was received, the clerk will print a special receipt form and hand it to you (if you pay in person) or mail it to the address we have on file for you. It is your responsibility to make sure the clerk has your current address, watch your mail for the special receipt, and take or mail the receipt to a highway department office promptly to avoid or clear a suspension of your driver's license.
